Unfortunately, artists still dont understand copyright and intellectual property laws. Frustratingly enough, this time its one of the biggest artists in the world right now using my photos without permission or credit; Miley Cyrus. At the end of the day, Im generally happy to have my photos shared, but all I ask is a quick email asking if its ok (Ill generally say yes, absolutely no problem at all), and the only payment that I ask for is my name and a link on the image, I think Im being pretty reasonable? The combined likes of my image on her instagram and facebook page is over the half a million mark. Whats everyones thoughts on this?
