Unfortunately this is one of the first holidays that my family will be spending without me. I could sit here and complain, but when it comes down to it I have a lot more to be thankful for instead of missing a big turkey dinner and lots of beer and football. Im soon to be 23 and I have everything my parents have, minus a life partner and little pains in the ass of my own. Im thankful I can put my own bread on my own table and my own clothes on my own back and my own shelter over my own head. Im thankful for everything Ive experienced up until this point in life. Anything from having my butt whooped as a child to graduating college and moving out of my parents house. The people Ive encountered and the lessons Ive learned have shaped me into who I am today and I cant be anymore appreciative and thankful for all that I have and for all the opportunities I have had and may still get to give something forward. Thank you to my friends and family for loving and supporting me, thank you to God for blessing me with every opportunity to make this life my own, and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Now go stuff your faces and get a nap in because them Pittsburgh Steelers are gonna have a second helping of bird today when they kick some Baltimore Ravens ass tonight!!! Happy Thanksgiving!
