Unfortunately we in this country are embracing the drug culture more and more. We are treating it as some harmless event that will fade away if we look the other way. The individuals that videotaped and stood by and laughed at this sick person, are vile, perverted individuals. I have no problem with videotaping this event, as it could and should be used for educational purposes. However the video was made in jest, laughter, and jokes were abundant, and it did not appear that anyone was attempting to get aid for this man.
