United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey (UWGPSNJ) in Delaware County and the Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University’s School of Business invite you to attend a four-part series of capacity building workshops for nonprofits which are based and provide services in Delaware County. November 25, 2014: Finding and Keeping Good Board Members 8:15 – 10:30 a.m. Delaware County Intermediate Unit Room 103 200 Yale Avenue Morton, PA A light breakfast will be provided. In the first workshop of the series, participants will learn how to monitor and build a board profile by utilizing skills, experience, expertise and demographics; conduct and apply a board profile; explore strategies for sourcing and recruiting board members; and develop strategies for orientating new members.
