United was never about one man. It has never been, it will never be. It takes guts to admit mistakes, and Im so glad that SAF and the Board of Directors have shown enough guts to admit his last big mistake and steer the club in a direction that is not only sensible, but perhaps the only viable alternative to the highway of mediocrity that we seemed to have taken with David Moyes. Men come and go. What matters is that the club secures its future through making necessary alterations in the setup. Having a square nut in a round bolt and giving it 6 years of time to come through neither makes the nut round, nor the bolt square. It only makes sure that the machinery is clunky, inefficient and risky. So glad that the BoD have stepped in and made a bold move.
