Up date on Pam Dubey. Received a letter from her the other day. I sent one to her, and Donna addressed the return . When Pam was in mail call, the drill Sgt. stated they had a very interesting letter. He asked who had gotten a letter from Big Daddy. Everyone started to laugh, including Pam. No one got up to get the letter. He then said, Who has family in Campton? They all laughed again, until it sunk in that he was talking about Pam. She said she got up, grabbed her rifle, and headed toward her DI. All 190 kids yelled out at the same time Dubey. Pam said she does not know how I did it, but being 1000 miles away and still manage to emb. her. Thats not so bad. She then said the kids teased her all week about Big Daddy. They had some personal time the other nite and the next day was their last PT test. The DI told them he did not care if they failed, cause they had had 7 weeks to get in shape. Most of the kids started to PT. Pam crawled on some sleeping bags and fell asleep. She heard Stand at ease opened her eyes and the DI was standing above her. He looked at her and said What the F**k do you think your doing? Pam said she was still half asleep, and could not come up with a smart ass answer. She said Sleeping Drill Sgt. He asked her how many push-ups she did in her last PT test. She told him 45. He looked at her and said Oh, as you were. and walked away. Pam said she felt bad cause he found 6 other kids sleeping and made them fall out the next morning in summer PT gear. And she said it was cold that morning too. She finished her letter by signing it Your loving son. Oh my lord did I laugh my ass off. I have to get her a letter real quick. I think it might be pistols at dawn. Thats all for now.
