Up early getting some work done on the track listening to an old Rell Love mixed cd I had on my drive to NC to lay my brother to rest...just reflecting...11yrs ago today, while in CT I got a morning phone call saying my older Corey aka Big Poppa had passed away. To think that the man that made sure everyone around him and in his circle was good was gone was a tough pill to swallow. I was numb. I went from planning a bday celebration for him to attend to helping in the planning of his funeral arrangements. Things havent been the same since (and ppl wonder why I dont celebrate my bday like I used to). So today, Ill try to balance my emotions and think of all the good times we had together, his support for me during my years of grinding on the hardwood and the all smiles he put faces whether he knew you are not. Gone way too soon..May he continue to R.I.P. I Love You...!!
