Update: Day 3 As I sit here in this hospital bed I am thankful for every little kick from this sweet boy. I have to be honest and say Ive complained to The Lord about this a good bit. I dont want to be here. I want to be home with a healthy pregnancy where I can love on my kids. I dont want Drew to have to be doing all the work. I dont like seeing my kids in tears when they have to leave to go home. I dont like wondering every moment of this sweet boy is going to make it. In the midst of all of this, I am choosing to focus on the positive. My boy is still active, I have had the best nurses, I have a rock star husband who is pulling all the weight at home, wonderful kids who are healthy, and a team of prayer warriors who I know are constantly lifting us up. I have a Lord who is working miracles in this situation and has a plan bigger than I can see. As 2014 comes to an end I look forward to watching The Lord work through this little baby in 2015. Whatever that looks like, I choose to focus on Him, trusting that His plans are greater than my plans and His ways higher than my ways. That He is the giver of life! I pray as you look back on your year and look forward to 2015 you will count all your blessings and be thankful for all The Lord has done for you.
