Update! Fridays interview could NOT have gone any better. Two questions into the interview she said, I dont even feel like I have to ask you anything more. She said I was bright, knowledgeable and professional (thank God for my new professional look, LOL) She said in the end that I am her candidate as far as she is concerned and she was advising me on what to include in my next interview with the superintendent of schools. Yikes. She mentioned demo lesson (UGH) so I do need to ask my peeps to help me visualize a scenario where I DONT have to do the demo. It is very traumatic for me. My last one sucked so bad and I dont really feel it could possibly represent who I am as a teacher. I absolutely do not want to do one. So probably the Universe will make me face my fears. You suck Universe. Ok, not a good way to ask for what you want. Ok, Universe, you dont suck. Can I please not have to do a demo lesson?? Anyway, THANKS FOR THE PRAYERS AND POSITIVE THOUGHTS!! I know they have always been magical in my life.
