Update: Wednesday workout was a bust!! However, I did stay within my daily calorie intake. Okay, here is the crazy thing. I half worked out Tuesday (well, a 30 min cardio workout), and did nothing Wednesday AND today when I stepped on the scale I was down 2lbs since last Friday!! Go figure... My hypothesis is that I was retaining water to repair the muscles I have been tearing up with weights (go look it up that is a real thing that happens- I just dont know what its called). Anyway...Friday is my official weigh in, so Ill see where Im at then.
