Update from Phyllis Jones: As some of you know, I have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. I saw a surgeon this past Thursday expecting to set a date for surgery. However, nothing seems to be as simple as we might think. First, I need a stress test and another visit to the surgeon. Hopefully, we will get a date for surgery this time. This is so unusual for me since I have been the caregiver and never on the receiving end of care. My sister & her daughter will be with me and I have promised them both to milk this for all its worth. Seriously, I do appreciate them both being willing to come stay with me. Many people are already praying for me and I appreciate all the prayers. I know that with the Lords help I will be up and around soon. Thank you for praying and I will keep you posted.
