Update from very.co.uk. I think I was right - I do not think I will even get curry let along the washer/dryer! Today I phoned to see when the machine was going to be delivered because I had been charged for the insurance..... The customer services chap said the order had been cancelled ... I said well why the heck are you charging me for insurance? He said he would sort it out. He said he would also make sure that my old machine would be uplifted by them and recycled. As their track record is so awful, I decided I wanted all this in writing - guess what, they say as it is not an express delivery, they will not collect the old machine.... shades of eDreams alright.... total nightmare. I have 37 e-mails from them - each contradicting the other, since 19th October. They had changed the price and that was corrected and then for some reason put back to the wrong price and on it goes.... Their internet help desk is not in Britain - say no more.
