Update on Alli 11/1/2014: Alli has been released to return back to the Ronald Mcdonald house as of this morning. Her chemo went good. She is continuing to experience nausea, last night she didnt want to drink anything and it caused her to begin to dry heave which hurt her because her body wanted to throw up. Today she is not wanting to eat or drink anything... We need her to keep that strength up! She has 5 different nausea medicines she takes daily depending on how bad Allis nausea is (this allows her to take medicine more often if needed, because if you have only 1 medicine you have to wait a certain number of hours). Alli will be going in for hydration in the next couple days and on the 11th she will have the imaging appointment to look at the tumors (from what can be seen from the outside view seems when alli has chemo her eyes swelling goes down, but between treatment the swelling returns). Allis numbers are doing well still from the extra help she had from the stem cell treatment. The doctors said that Allis hormones right now are like a pregnant womans hormones on crack but in a toddlers body so her emotions are quickly changing and they can be extreme because she does not know what to do with them. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALLI!!! YOUR 1 NOW !!!! She has been working on her walking =)! taking more and more steps on her own! Your go girl!! still as determined as ever. xoxo.
