Update on my son: Joel is better in some ways, not in others , Pupil has lifted somewhat, means fluids are getting better , but dr. still cant see to optic nerve. He has to go to a retina specialist, next week. He may have to have injections in his eyes. Still on drops every hour to lower inflammation for the next week, but dilation drops are once a day now, instead of 3 x a day. He is getting migrains, and sharp pains in his eyes, in lighted situations, especially sunlight, poor guy, just not knowing what caused it and where this is going is so freaky.
