In addition to helping with the cost, it is a real joy for us to have others support our causes by joining in our projects as sponsors. We are hopeful that a few cash donations will come in to help with the cost of the parts we financed internally (roughly $175 each for body, neck and miscellaneous parts). Some parts are on hand, some are in transit and the neck is at Axetreme Creations pending inlay work. Our next steps are to finalize the graphic design of the body and neck and get busy with the router. The body we ordered is not the right color, so well refinish it after we do the routing.
