Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Responsibilities: Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy; • Define and develop the annual objectives and strategies (O&S) of AKEPB,P together plans for implementation, monitoring, and reporting; • Define and develop a communication strategy for ongoing and new programs; • Maintain and Increase the current outreach by leveraging upon existing as well as new partners. • Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation; • Develops monitoring and evaluation system in order to ensure measurable program outcomes are achieved.
