Use Wordle! Maybe this is more of a tip than a trend (so I’ll leave my list as the top 10 trends). Give yourself a competitive advantage with wordle.net. Wordle is a neat word cloud creator, and you can use it to find the most common words contained within some specific text. You can use Wordle to check job ads and see the keywords that pop up most often. When you know the most common keywords contained in the job ad, you know exactly which keywords are the most important to include in your resume. You can also use it to check your resume and LinkedIn profile to confirm they are optimized for the specific keywords you’re looking for.
