THE Anti-Corruption Commission whose mission is to effectively prevent and combat corruption in order to promote integrity, transparency and accountability for sustainable development in Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions; 1. ICT OFFICER – INFRASTRUCTURE (1) Main Responsibilities To carry out maintenance of the Commission’s IT hardware to ensure high system availability in order to facilitate communication Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology or related field. •At least 3 years post qualifying work experience in an ICT field. •System administrations skills in Linux/Unix and Windows Server 2008+ operating systems. •Must have Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP and experience. •Knowledge of MS Office desktop applications is essential. •Applicants must be aged between 26 and 32 years old. 2. INVESTIGATIONS OFFICERS (6) Main Responsibilities To conduct investigations and collate evidence for the prosecution of offenders Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration. •Experience in any of the following will be added advantage: Banking, auditing, accounting, statistics, law enforcement, insurance, valuation or quantity surveying and other necessary experience. •Applicants must have good interviewing, analytical and report writing skills •MS Office applications essential •Applicants must be aged between 28 and 32 years old. 3. ICT OFFICER – APPLICATIONS (1) Main Responsibilities To translate software requirements into workable programming code and maintain and develop programs for use within the Commission. The role will involve writing specifications and designing, building, testing, implementing and supporting applications. Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology or related field. •At least 3 years post qualifying work experience in an ICT field •Strong programming skills in an object oriented language – certification will be an added advantage •Ability to develop web based system using either PHP, JAVA or C# •Must have full lifecycle project implementation experience. •Applicants must be aged between 26 and 32 years old. 4. COMMUNITY EDUCATION OFFICERS (3) Main Responsibilities To conduct community education programmes in order to educate the general public on issues of corruption and to enlist their support Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social work, Communication or related field. •Experience in any of the following will be added advantage: Teaching, Outreach, Sensitization, and other necessary experience. •Applicants must have good presentation, communication and report writing skills •MS Office applications essential •Applicants must be aged between 28 and 32 years old. 5. LEGAL AND PROSECUTIONS OFFICERS (6) Main Responsibilities To conduct prosecutions on investigated cases and maintain a database of court cases Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Bachelor of Laws Degree •Should be an advocate of the High Court with experience in criminal and civil work •Applicants must have good analytical and presentation skills •MS Office applications essential •Applicants must be aged between 25 and 44 years old 6. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (1) Main Responsibilities To carry out routine accounting operations and payments and maintenance of records relating to such transactions for proper accountability of public funds Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Natech, ZICA level II or Equivalent •Good organizational skills, accuracy and particular attention to detail. •Applicants must be Conversant with Pastel Evolution, MS Office applications, Proficiency in Excel Essential •Must have three (3) years’ experience in a similar position and aged between 25 and 30 years old. 7. DRIVER (1) Main Responsibilities To support road travel needs of staff and ensure effective maintenance of vehicles Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Must have Class C Driving License with certification in motor vehicle mechanical knowledge •Good communication and interpersonal skills •Must have 3 or more years’ experience in a reputable organization •Ability to undertake long distance driving •Must be aged between 28 and 32 years old. 8. SECURITY GUARD (1) Main Responsibilities To provide reliable security services in order to prevent crime and loss of lives and property Qualifications •Full grade twelve (12) Certificate •Good communication and interpersonal skills •Must have at least (3) or more years’ experience in a reputable organization •Must have no criminal record •Must be of sober character and aged between 28 and 32 years old.
