VENUE NEEDED FOR TOMORROW NIGHT for meeting about Bearwood Non-profit org for high street improvements, 8pm-9.30pm on Wednesday. Unfortunately theres a double booking at the library so if anyone can help with contacts for a venue please message me or list them here if their numbers are public. Ideally we need space for approx 20 people, with either a wall or projector screen to project onto. We were trying not to hold it in a pub so that its more accessible for people who arent able to enter pubs, but we might not have any choice. If anyone has the contact for St Marys please let me know. And while were at it, us in the interim group have a few things to bring to the meeting, as promised to attendees at the last meeting: structure proposal, objectives, immediate projects. People who are just interested are more than welcome. But if youre willing to find out more about helping to run a small community organisation or to actively contribute to projects then please do come along or message me if you cant make it. None of these things can happen without enough people to take them on.
