!!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!!! The outcomes in the beginning of your chapter is specifically for the long questions. This means that you HAVE to read through the other sections because they might be asked in the multiple choice questions. Heres a tip... Number your outcomes (in beginning of each chapter) from 1, 2, 3, 4, to whatever. Then as you read through the chapter, place the numbers next to the section/headings/paragraphs that covers or explains the outcomes. For example - Chapter 11 1. Discuss the steps to be taken when following up the sale *on page 227 put a 1. next to the heading STEPS IN FOLLOW-UP 2. Explain the term post-purchase dissonance *on page 228 put a 2. next to POST-PURCHASE DISSONANCE 3. Techniques when no commitment is recieved *on page 229 put a 3. next to FOLLOWING UP WHEN THERE IS NO COMMITMENT 4. Explain how to keep the customer *on page 230 put a 4. next to KEEPING THE CUSTOMER (everything from page 230 - 232 are explanations on how to keep the customer)
