VOD 09/19/13: His Way Is The Best Way. Verse: Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have: for He has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you. Thought: He will never leave us, nor forsake us. Prayer opens the door so God can bring His power to us. It helps us to know Him better. It enables us to get a proper focus on life and brings us into line with His will. In the face of all which confronts in the world today, we need the assurance of His presence. When we come to Him with our needs, He will withhold no good thing from us. He will give us all we need to live. When we walk with God, we will be able to look back and know His way was best. Prayer: Our Heavenly Father, Thank You for this day and all of Your blessings in our lives. Abba Lord, have Your Holy Spirit help us realize a new vision of that which is best for us and our lives. We bring to You our dreams, our hopes, and our wants to You and ask You to help us prioritize them and place them in their respective order. Show us how we may put You and Your will first and our worldly desires second. We lift our prayers up to You in the Name of Your Son, Jesus the Christ...Amen. Good morning to one and all.
