Vacancy The Sales Operations Manager / Assistant Sales Operations Manager The Sales Operations M anager / Assistant Sales Operations Manager will oversee all administrative duties for the sales & marketing department, he / she will liaise with the key internal cross functional team and external dealers & distributors to ensure operations are effective and efficient. He / she must ensure the growth of his / her staff as well as business growth with our dealers / distributors. The candidate is also responsible to develop / establish the standard operating procedures / policies for various new tasks and new assignments. Additional Challenge: The SOM / ASOM is also involve in developing marketing programs for various Clarion products as well as organising company events. Responsibilities: Reviewing and managing a team of approximately 10~20 employees in a busy working environment. Motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent results. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures. Responsible to drive all segments of the business and lead the teams to achieve excellent result. Consistently monitor and drive a range of KPIs for performance measurements and job satisfaction. Developed efficiency-enhancing workflows/processes improvements that make it possible to accommodate the increasing responsibilities. Create long-term administration procedures, marketing strategy / program. Preparing accurate report through the detailed analysis of data for budget, sales forecast, stock management, staff performance and case to case as per request. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any fields. Minimum 3 years related working experience is required for this position. Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Presentable, out-going, independent and self-motivated. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in administration, documentation on international business / trading environment. Willing to travel. Willing to work extra hours in order to accomplish department / company objective.
