Velma is beautiful and so sweet! She is a female pit mix only 1 year old, so still a puppy. She is a medium-sized girl at 55 pounds and already neutered. She is an owner-surrender because they said she escapes. She needs a home that will love her and give her all the attention she wants to give them.
