Very interesting. I have to say, I went into teaching and how I was taught to teach is NOT what teaching is now and it kind of makes me sad. I had an elementary school teacher who was EXCELLENT and she would transform the classroom for certain units...like turn it into a rain forest when we were learning about that. I still remember things from that lesson because she made it fun and about the kids.
