They’re afraid the suspects might be OFFENDED. As things are now…NY cops can issue an APB for a WHITE guy or a BLACK guy or a HISPANIC WOMAN or whatever, with LONG or SHORT or MEDIUM length hair, give the eye color, height, weight and general description of clothing of some PERP they’re trying to locate but… Under this new PROPOSED law…THE ONLY THING THEY CAN GIVE AS A DESCRIPTION IS…CLOTHING!!!!! “ATTENTION ALL CARS…BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A…UM…UHHHH…PERSON WEARING A BLUE SHIRT…WANTED FOR MURDER AND GENERAL MAYHEM!!!!!” Well THAT NARROWS IT RIGHT DOWN!!!!!! The cops should have about a MILLION suspects in custody before you can say…”ASSHATS!!!!!” One can only assume that perp LINE UPS will be held in the CLOTHING DEPARTMENT at MACY’S!!!!!!!! Police artists won’t be needed…THEY’LL BE REPLACED BY THE JC PENNY’S CATALOG!!!!!!! Imagine the problem this will cause when somebody robs SAUL’S down in the GARMENT DISTRICT!!!!
