@Viktor Gulenko @Never Blued CreativeMindset vs HiveMindset In group work conflict arises between these mindsets since the manner in which they craft the group atmosphere, appears to antagonise each other: The HiveMindset unconsciously believes that the union in the group’s spirit, the group’s way of thinking, is a prerequisite for group progress. The creed is the important for everyone’s way of thinking to align with the group. Those who violate the group’s thinking, alas, those who refuse to mentally subordinate to the group are seen as threats, defective agents so they are inclined work to eliminate these folks. Whereas the CreativeMindset does not believe in homogeneous thought, instead progress arises in the fierce competition of ideas. The creed for those with this group spirit challenging and refining concepts. Members contribute to the group exonerating their individuality, their creative spirit; the subordination of their spirit weakens their self value, thus their ability to work, so they become impotent when unable to nurture their individuality. Overall to onlookers this appears to create a volatile atmosphere. However to the creative group it does not hinder progress since in this war of influence the best ideas surface. Steve Jobs, an advocate of this mindset, mentioned that such an apparent storm refines ideas till they become perfect. Positive emotional influence can influence their spirit but it retains its individuality. Creatives mindsets cannot assimilate an external spirit whilst Hive mindsets require it. The trouble is that the Hive requires a united spirit whilst Creative need their own spirit. In the group, those who abide to their HiveMindset unconsciously see the Creatives as threats since the idea others could possess an alien spirit is incomprehensible so they are inclined to bully them but they’ll find that professional standards do not permit this. Professional standards permit confrontation upon a member for substandard conduct and ethical protocols exist for this; though when the Creative has not violated these, they perceive the problem as being the professional standards as opposed to their mentality.
