Vodafone has blocked my number today, When i called their customer care executive they told me 3 different reason for it with in 10 minutes and long holds.One was Bulk promotional sms has been send from my number , 2nd was Document verification and 3rd TRAI has introduced a new rule where numbers those are not registered under DND has to verify the documents , After long discussion when she was not able to answer question i requested her to connect to supervisor and she connected after long hold Even supervisor is not very clear and made statement that check on our website trai.gov.in ,I do not understand how TRAI website became vodafone website.Finally after long discussion he disconnected the call and could not answer the question.I am using vodafone from last 5 years and have used international roaming twice and paid more than 2 Lakh.Please let me know if my number will be activated soon or not.Its high time that i will have to shift my operator.
