Volunteer Andreas Got Some Special Cats for you Today! Meet the cats whom I call, the Palm Tree Villagers. HES has a fantastic Beach House roaming room. There are cat-steps going up the wall leading to a walkway around the room. There is a palm tree that goes from the floor almost to the ceiling. You may catch a glance as they walk the ramp to camp out on top of the palm tree and another area I call, the Upper Sundeck. This is where some of the prettiest cats at HES reside. They are very happy up there, looking down on the rest of us mortals. Theyve been at HES a long time because theyre not so easy to see or access. Obviously these cats get along very well with others. Any cat can join them as long as they have the same calm temperament. They need some extra human loving to keep all four paws on the ground occasionally. Click on the photos to meet these beach bums.
