It therefore relies heavily on revenue from oil to balance its budget, as taxes on oil are the states primary source of revenue. They provide for 90 percent of discretionary funds and are used to compensate teachers, some law enforcement officers, roads and snowplows, health care, and state social workers. oil companies are the last people that should receive any tax breaks. Corporation are not people ok. I cant believe people are stupid enough to fall for the vote no campaign. It is literally a campaign funded by corporations. These oil companies have so much leverage to fund their point which is just going to help a few oil CEOs get richer.
