WAKE UP RABAT. Horror Week. The system of Dr. Tarr and Professor Fether is a tale by the great horror master Edgar Allan Poe (1809 - 1849). It tells the story of a young doctor assigned to work in a mental institution situated far from the stress of city life as a retreat for incurable patients. The new doctor is amazed at the liberty afforded to the mad people there, untll to his horror he finds out that both the staff and the patients were bat crazy, and he himself was the next patient awaiting treatment that would turn out to be as far from healthy as the twisted minds of the inmates could imagine in their aberrated lunatic fantasies. My moral of the story is never trust authority, (And, the exorcism of the ghosts is not working too well it seems...LOL) Doctor Bobby does not recommend treatment in such establishments.
