WANT OT TRY SOMETHING NEW (but not)? How bout a Pulled Pork BBQ Pizza? Yep, I know what youre thinking...a BBQ PIZZA? I also know that were in North Carolina, a large part of the BBQ definition as far as the United States and the entire World is concerned. Yes, there are also so some chain pizza places out there that offer BBQ Pizza. Heres the difference...Real NC State Pit Smoked Pork BBQ (from Fayetteville, NC), My N/S Fusion Q Sauce, and a GREAT dough to put all that on! We tried it this afternoon on some of our staff AND customers, and all they could say is WOW, and hmpghoshhdl, which is what I think they said when their mouth was full. Ive got a limited quantity of pork, and well start Friday afternoon at 4pm until were done. If it goes well, we just might put it on the menu!!!! If you come by and try it, please comment!
