WE HAVE A RIGHT TO BE REPRESENTED BY MEMBERS OF OUR OWN COMMUNITIES, SUGARMAN V DUGALL. Have you noticed the complaints about government in this forum deal with elected officials abandoning the law, say CORRUPTION, and their promise to uphold it. I have been fighting the holding of a town elected office by a non-resident for 2 years. The Steuben Co. Board of Elections abandoned certified information from town officials which established house number and street names as well as the State legislated town boundaries which cannot be moved without judicial action. Boards of Election are restricted from creating voting districts partially within and partially without of towns, villages etc., but in this case they ignored the historic town boundary and allow this man to run for office in my town. Since this, no required judicial action has take place but town signs have been relocated, county maps have been changed and county resolutions correcting tax information for the property in question have passed, administrative actions where Court Action is mandated. Real Property Tax Law 500.2 and County Law 228. Why I will fight to the end, where the Constitution and all laws in the furtherance thereof are abandoned, we are subjects of tyrants.
