WEEK 17 of Healthy Living began today. Total weight loss 58 lbs. so far. Have 8 weeks of NO CIGS under my belt. Have been doing Boot Camp for 6 weeks. (Once a week) Been walking 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks. Start Yoga workshop on this upcoming Sat. Drink about 1 gallon of water a day. No soda (NONE of any kind at ALL for 16 weeks). Mostly (but not exclusively) organic, non-processed. Bout 3 days a week Im vegan and 3 Vegetarian and 1 Pescetarian. Daily- I do an organic green juice or smoothie. Sometimes, I do it for a whole day. My numbers on the scale, vitamin d, thyroid, triglicardes all look much better now than 16 weeks ago but still have a ways to go. Ive been inspired, encouraged, motivated and supported by others throughout it all and I now think I am doing the same for others. ONWARD with the HEALTH downward with the SCALE!
