WEEKLY WEATHER OUTLOOK Issued at: 5:00 p.m. 17 November 2014 Valid until: 5:00 p.m. 24 November 2014 Today, Monday(November 17), the tail-end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms over cagayan valley while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country. This weather scenario is most likely to continue until Tuesday (November 18) By Wednesday and Thursday (November 19 - 20), the tail end of a cold front will continue to bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rainhowers and thunderstorms over Cagayan province. The resurgence of the northeast monsoon will bring isolated light rains over the rest of Northern Luzon. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms By Friday, (November 21), the northeasterly windflow will weaken and the tail end of a cold front is expected to be diffused, thus, leaving the country to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. By the rest of the forecast period (November 22 - 24), the whole archipelago will have generally fair weather conditions apart from isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
