WELCOME TO GLOBAL NETWORK MODERN RECRUITMENT SYSTEMS OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS - Employers. FOCUS -We mainly focus on recruitment advertising and pre-screening as per employers specifications. We are not a labor Union, thereof, failure by the principals to perform / fulfill as promised/anticipated shall not affect the Agent anyhow. No charges are levied against the employer, 5% deduction from the job seeker first month gross income cater for the services rendered by the Agent. All our candidates shall not be charged any fee by anyone, anyhow by whatsoever means, however arising. RECRUITMENT - Recruitment and pre-screening is a process of which takes at least two weeks and at most two months, thereupon, our HR department sent applicants as soon as possible to submit their applications and familiarize with their prospect employer until the required number and/or the employer confirm that the right candidates are found, but for a period not exceeding two months. The quality of candidates send by the Agent HR department depends on the information made available by the employer. REMUNERATIONS -We do not impose remunerations, thereof; remuneration issues are private and confidential between the employer and the job-seeker. However, both parties have a duty to inform the Agent about the agreed upon remuneration system and amount. The employer shall deduct 5% from the job-seeker first month gross income and pay the Agent for services rendered. INTERVIEWS -We expect the employer to interview every candidate shortlisted and deployed/send by the Agent HR department and give the job seeker interview results in writing on the form to be presented by the work seeker. Failure to do so will be regarded as poor labor practice and un-interviewed job-seekers send will be regarded as employed as from the day they were deployed. Even though recruitment is a process, the Agent expect the employer to carry out interviews soon after/within the minimum two weeks recruitment period, even though the post is to be filled later/cancelled and /or even if the number of applicants send is less than the required number. We assist both principals for a period of two months; hence, interviews must be done in time to protect the interests of both parties. Failure to do so, will be regarded as unfair labor practice, hence, action will be taken against the offender. Whilst every endeavor is made to ensure suitability of applicants no liability shall be accepted for loss or damages and / or expense arising out of an introduction initiated by any of our Agencies. LEGALITY - For more information about the legality of our services/charging systems, request for, and/or see the Labor Relations Employment Agencies Regulations 1985, Labor Act Chapter 28.01. Section 8 part (b) and (c)we are registered by the Zimbabwe Ministry of Social Service as an Employment Agency and approved by the National Employment Council, to cover all classes of labor. Our charges are less than what we are suppose to charge, in order to boost equal employment opportunities market.
