WERO National We are holding two WERO National trainings in Otago and Southland. The first is in Invercargill 29 July and the second Dunedin 31 July (panui for both trainings attached). Registration opens at 9.30am with training running from 10-1.30pm. Venues to be confirmed once we know what the numbers are likely to be. Contact Toni to register [email protected] So far around 120 people have been trained in the North Island and we look forward to training as many as possible in Otago and Southland. This is the last training for the 1 September start of the WERO competition. Please forward the attached panui to anyone you think might be interested. This training is not just for cessation workers, although of course they are very welcome, but we’re also looking for proactive people from public health/social services/community groups/large workplaces e.g. community liaison workers with councils, occupational health nurses, iwi, citizens advice people, sports people etc!
