WHAT THE HELL!?! How could Edward Norton be any blander as Will Graham? He isnt a bad actor he has done brilliant work.I just couldnt believe that Lector would find him interesting, he seems like a wimp how was he ever a cop *sigh* On the positive the direction is good especially the beginning where Will confronts Lector and the beautiful opening credits as we look through the book.Fiennes as Dolarhyde is hands down the best thing about the film #2 being the score.But the movie plays out more like an action film than a horror/thriller. Apparently my opinion that Anthony Hopkins overacts as Hannibal Lector is movie sacrilege since he won an academy award for the role. At first I thought it was because im used to Mads subtle quietly menacing preformance in the tv show. But no I think its cause Hopkins Hannibal doesnt scare me he just seems over the top. On to Manhunter then....
