WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT!!! at my HIGHEST weight of 283 and eating out everyday that I, I , I , I,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, would be working out 4 times a week and getting it IN!!!! Now at 228lbs and actually ENJOYING buying clothes where I would NEVER buy anything new because I didnt like the way I looked. I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT project 10 has turned this unfit couch potato into a GYM RAT! I worked out on Sunday and legs were KILLING me on Monday. Decided not to go on Monday. LEGS WERE KILLING ME TODAY AS WELL BUT I WENT TO THE GYM! CHANGE will not come overnight and neither will results... but, KEEP AT IT! PUSH YOURSELF. you will NEVER know unless you TRY!!! DOnT QUIT, DO NOT GIVE UP, DO NOT RELAX, DO NOT THINK ITS EASY .. nothing worth having comes EASY!!!! Take EASY out of your mindset and be prepared to WORK for your goal. IT DOES work and IM PROOF OF THAT!!! You have to be WILLING to do what it takes to GET WHERE YOU WANT TO BE! I will not sugar coat the truth. YES I FELT LIKE GIVING UP. YES I FELT LIKE PIGGING OUT. YES I HAVE FELT LIKE TURNING OFF MY PHONE AND GO HIDE IN THE CORNER SO NO ONE WILL KNOW I WAS CHEATING MYSELF OUT OF GOOD HEALTH. but you know what.. at the end of the day, I have a goal. I have a WHY. I am putting my best foot forward to get there. Sorry, but the truth is what it is. Its called a challenge not a debate. CHALLENGE yourself. Battles are won when the victor decides to do what the opponent hasnt even thought of doing. Be VICTORIOUS! slimangie83.bodybyvi
