WHY THE TIMES REPEATED THE SAME ATTACK ON WDDTY On Friday morning, Hannah Devlin, the co-author of the Times article that appeared Saturday, called our offices and spoke to me and my co-editor, Bryan Hubbard. She was taking notes - but so were we. During the interview, I asked her several times, why are you doing this story again? To which she finally let slip, What do you expect? You wrote about us in your magazine. So, having failed to contact us for the initial story, attacked us on our own Facebook pages and written to our supporters denigrating our version of events, when we tried to report this extraordinary story in our own magazine, the Times has now taken the unprecedented step of publishing a repeat of this story as an act of revenge.
