WORKOUT 3 Sessions of 12 Minutes of 1 minute Max Reps ~Session 1 Weight Room -Hang or Power Cleans (45lbs-75lbs) -Box Jumps (24 or 30 or 36) -Pull Ups -Bench Press (45lbs-135lbs) ~Session 2 Hallway -Stair laps ~Session 3 Wrestling Room -Wall Balls (10lbs-15lbs-25lbs) -Row Machine -Harness Resistance shots -Real Runner SET A TARGET OBJECTIVE! example: I will pace myself throughout each workout to ensure I do not have to take a break. ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS ~What physiological cues show whether you worked hard enough? ~What skills did you work on outside of the conditioning workouts? (double legs, cradles, escapes, reversals, etc.) ~What actions should you take post-practice in order to ensure you are physically able to take part in practice tomorrow? Cite your sources.
