(3 mins) Squat snatch (95#/65#) 90 sec rest 20x OH Lunge (95#/65#) 90 sec rest (3 mins) Squat cleans (95#/65#) 90 sec rest 20x OH Lunge (95#/65#) As person finishes they stay in the bottom of a back squat until last person finishes.
