WORKING EXPERINCE IN ORALCOX MAGIC SPOKEN COURSE AS INSTUCTOR In order to arrange a course in commencing Oral Cox English Language Club 20 March 2013 is called Oral Cox Magic Spoken Course as improvement policy of English. Especially oelc has been hunted to prosper students of backward area .In this motivation it has been ongoing by part of oelc. anyhow I would be fond of to divide up view of that course really it has great opportunity to build up our career meeting competent knowledge so that we could grow in our life and change the life of deprived students. In the point of apparition that spoken course was inaugurated taking only 40 students but they were students of HSC,SSC, Honors and also involved a class 6 student . During the Inauguration of course we five member of oelc or as a teacher of line were joined in course. So we all were genially happy to be teacher .we did very work hard to be success in our dream .Still we are looking that regularity of majority student are fluently speaking English that is unanticipated approval order from them owing to working hard for them. On the contrary, we are also arranged debate competition to improve their self-confidence for talking English in fluently, now all debaters are fit for spoken English also perfect sit for assessment. On the verge of it is noticed all students capable in their confident. Actually we are cheers that successes course. As accountable for office was very sincerity having voiced course and enthusiastic in teaching and learning profession, on the other hand I am fond of speaking and teaching overseas language. One article is observed that in teaching method people should be taught English so that always educations are practiced or refresh or strong base form consisted. Lest we should forget it also meeting with numerous problems to teach the student but it is conducting as giving or learning course of action. When I was conducting class in first point, I didn’t know how to teach students perfectly despite of having knowledge in this tropic. Insallah at present I think that I can teach the student not making any hesitation in taking preparation expected subject. In 2010 during beginning club my position in English was satisfaction for other but not for me. So I continued speaking English of mine gone to success my spoken proficiency creating problem writing skill, reading skill, listening skill in this reason I am annoying hard and soul to perform my blank data. a short time It was thought getting such a wrong that practically I have no any experience in English and should learn it more and more being attentively .Occasionally in spite of getting obstacle in running way both local and nearest person, frustration isn’t had myself by me such a situation gotten unexpected result in dhakil exam because of I am optimistic that If I made tension in exam, it could draw endanger in next exam. But I noticed my a few guys disappointed in their getting result. I tried my best to understand for taking preparation knocked exam for instance HSC exam .In my opinion that failure is pillar of success, until we get success in our goal .we have to carry on our frantic efforts to meet with the dream. Unless aren’t making like this any work .It is known to all that we won’t be achievable to reach our destination. Moreover, Magic Spoken Course has been met in its last moment that we are going to take exam and debate competition. Isn’t it right way to progress our career and civilization?
