WORKOUT OF CHRISTMAS WEEK: Its a busy time of year with a lot more cleaning and organizing going on as one prepares for holiday parties, travel and family obligations - leading to less time to work out. I turned boring chores into a fun workout ... I admit, very dorky, but very effective! Incorporate the following sets in between your chores (and put music on for mood and motivation!): 10 push ups 20 lunges (10 each leg) 30 jumping jack press 40 crunches 50 mountain climbers 60 second plank 70 speed steps
