WWNS 8-24-13 1,172 days The Brennan Center For Justice lists 34 states as having restrictions similar to the voter ID requirement recently passed in North Carolina. This law has been called discriminatory by many who oppose it. I did a little research on this issue. Of the 34 states listed by Brennan, 59% voted for Obama in the recent election. Of the 16 states and the District of Columbia who are not listed as having restrictive voting laws, only 35% voted for Obama. Where is the discrimination?
