The other 2 or 3 charges which are termed lesser serious charges now comes in and play a significant role in determining the proper punishment of OP, but in the event where the court says he had no intention to kill his GF then why punish him? Taking into account the brutality and harshness in judge TM, Im crossing my legs and eyes that OP might go for at least 10 years subject to appeal. Before I go, I still stand with Oscars side of the story, it is impossible that he might have intentionally killed her, not on the eve of V-day.. Am out
