Wanted to send out a huge thank you to some outstanding people who have had a big impact on my life this summer. First to Brandy for introducing me to RWB and inspiring me to get running again. Second to Adama for being an excellent representative of the Eagle community. Spot on sir! And of course Ron for being my running buddy back in May when I was just starting to run after such a long medical hiatus....and for sticking with me all summer long on our Tuesday night runs. After a 6.5 yr break...I ran my first 5k tonight. At one point the docs werent sure if I would jog let alone run and here I am tonight massaging my aching calves...so awesome! And I set another PR...so it was a great race with some amazing RWB peeps! Been a pleasure meeting you all this summer and look forward to hanging out at future races in the coming months!
