Wanted to share this post because its a shame that this happened to a business that was opened in Manor for so many years. Dvorskys Costume shop has been closed for a couple of years now. Family members were at the store this past weekend cleaning and clearing stuff out. Some people took the liberty of opening every bag that was at the curb for garbage pick up and scattering everything all over the sidewalk. Not one person stopped or did anything but many people commented they saw people going thru the bags. This happened during the day- the police didnt stop/or see it happening. So why did the people who saw it happening didnt do anything? Scared, didnt care or what? Its just a shame!
