Was walking around 42nd and Holmes and saw a very cute seemingly puppy run just a little down the side walk. The owners were a younger male and female couple that spoke another language. They were clearly upset, at least the girl was, and after they pinned him down at their front door and the guy held her to let her inside, the girl repeatedly hit the dog in the face. I yelled that they shouldnt hit their dog but not sure if they understood... Dont want to see this sort of thing. Shouldnt own an animal if you are just going to release anger on it!
