Watching the 3rd Progressive Governance Lecture organised by APC in Owerri and being televised by AIT,I laugh.Why I did so was that majority of the masses at home dont want talk-show,they want change and developmental actions. Fashola never expected Ebola,but he spent alot funds on Health sector before now. If one consider the amount which Nigeria have spent on Seminars,Conferences and Workshops,we would have eradicated unemployment since.We need System change
