We Work Out Vision Statement: Making fitness fun Mission Statement: To break limiting beliefs and encourage people to MOVE in JOY because it is healthy for their mind body and soul. And make the rest of their life the best of their life. I have spent my whole life enjoying exercising and keeping fit. For as long as I can remember I have loved fitness it puts me ‘in my zone’ and I want to help people also experience “Moving in Joy” and their body feeling strong. About me: I was always an athletic individual growing up… all through my schooling years I was picked to represent the school in numerous Athletic competitions and excelled in 100m, high jump, triple jump, discus and hammer-throw. Yes even with my chicken arms… I was thrown into Hammer Throw (yea… bit crazy right my coach was the Gold Medalist Hammer Throw, Commonwealth Games 1990, 1994) . I was an Elite Gymnast for many years. I have won the title of “State Champion” …. and picked for the State Team 3 years in a row for Rhythmic Gymnastics… represented SA in National Championships all over the country … and I have been flown over to the Australian Institute of Sport for 2 consecutive years to be involved in their National Squad Training. I have always enjoyed the benefits of being fit… I feel so strong and powerful when I train and this positively impacts other areas of my life. And I want others to also enjoy those benefits. I am 23 years old. But I have had over 15 years of intense involvement with “Health and Fitness” … Its what my whole life has been about I guess haha. Every day I work out. Working out is not a chore for me, but I understand it is for most people. And that is what I am passionate about changing. What I am offering: I work to change the mindset of the individual and turn working out from something that is ‘difficult and too hard’ to something that is enjoyable! I understand change is hard. I am a very understanding person and I work at the pace of the individual. I want to help people to get their head around enjoying exercise … reap the benefits of working out and also give life long healthy habits. I am offering affordable 1 hour Personal Training sessions. In a fun and supportive group environment and chunk the session up in a way that makes killing calories …. Almost effortless. ALMOST! ;)
